Chicken Bhuna Ingredients 500 cubed chicken 1tblsp Rapeseed cooking oil 1 large onion 1 can chopped tomato Tsp ginger garlic mix , Salt Half bunch of coriander (finely chopped) 3 table spoon Mild Madras curry powder 1tsp garam masala 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tinned beans - chickpeas etc (any canned beans can be used) Method Add chicken to a non stick pan Add finely chopped onion Add can tomato, ginger/garlic, Add garam masala, cumin, coriander powder Add Madras masala, Pinch of salt to taste Mix well, Add a cup of boiling water Cover pot allow to cook for 25 min gas mark 4 Stir Occassionally Add more boiling water if you prefer more sauce Serve with boiled rice or naan bread |
