Ice Cream Reward Afternoon

Each week in assembly the teachers choose classes or individuals who have gone 'above and beyond' during the week to be the best that they can be and to symbolise this we put gems in the gem jar.  When this fills up we have a whole school reward. The children managed to fill the gem jar just in the nick of time before the end of the Summer Term and so we asked our local ice cream man to come and give out ice creams and lollies to everyone.  The weather was fantastic and the event was a great success as you can imagine.
