We used one of our favourite recipes today. We have used this recipe before and it can be found on a previous post. Have a look through our pictures and see if you're tempted to make chicken sheekh kebabs for yourself!
TUNA AND KEEMA 2 IN ONE WRAPS
Tuna Ingredients Keema Ingredients 2 cans of tuna 500g beef mince 1 finely chopped red onion Pinch of salt Sprig of finely chopped coriander Mascarpone mix in sauce (found in Aldi) 3 tablespoons of mayo Half a teaspoon of paprika 4 tablespoons of grated cheese Handful of grated cheese Method Method Mix all ingredients well Add min to a pan, allow to fry Place in wrap to the left Add paprika, salt and pasta stir in sauce Add cheese Allow to cook for a further 8 min Place on the other half of the wrap Add cheese ***Lightly butter wrap and pad fry or use George Forman grill*** This half term, we have a new group of excited children ready to roll up their sleeves and get creative in the Stanley Road kitchen. This week's challenge was chow mein!
This half term we have a new group of children taking part in Gardening Club. Each week, we will plant, grow and use some popular ingredients to create some exciting meals.
